Shift and days of week subject to change based on needs of department.Job SummaryThis position will be a certified Pharmacy Senior Technician to support the Pharmacy Partners Program which extends the care of UK Healthcare pharmacy to patients of contracted entities in need of pharmaceutical care. This role provides the technical skills needed to help support the program. General technical duties are required with an emphasis on communication and customer service as well as coordination of delivery services. Will also serve as a courier for various needs of UK Healthcare Pharmacies. Will act as a participant in quality improvement projects and will require the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to solicit and offer constructive feedback in a positive manner. Must be a skilled communicator, possess proficient computer skills, be detail oriented, adaptable, organized, and demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. Must have a current, valid driver’s license and must be willing and able to safely operate a motor vehicle as part of the job responsibilities. The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $18.50/hour. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience.
