　　JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

　　The Department of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the online Masters-degree course, MKTG 540 (Marketing Analytics) for spring 2024 (Jan 25 to April 30) taught by Professor Arvind Rangaswamy. Responsibilities include grading, monitoring discussion board, and answering with queries related to course contents.

　　The ideal candidate will have the following background/experience: Good quantitative skills (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science), 3 - 5 years industry experience, successful completion of a previous offering of MKTG 540 or equivalent course, good knowledge of marketing, and good writing and communication skills. Flexible work schedule requiring 10 hours per week. This is a wage payroll position with hourly pay commensurate with background and experience.
