　　Bosch Rexroth Corporation seeks Business Development Manager – Aftermarket Press (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 2315 City Line Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Develop strategy, goals, and objectives for the Aftermarket sales activities to expand market share in Press / Metal Forming markets. Evaluate current installed base of Extrusion and Forging Press in North America market. Determine modernization and sustainability opportunities to meet today’s requirements. Monitor progress toward goals throughout the year and make necessary adjustments to reach objectives. Direct and indirect sales efforts through staff to ensure company sales objectives are met. Develop sales strategies and tactics. Contact key customer personnel as needed to establish and maintain strong relationships. Resolves high level issues with customers. Communicate company direction and objectives to staff. Ensure that company philosophies and policies are carried out. Assess market position and recommend product needs and changes necessary to meet sales and marketing objectives consistent with corporate goals. Develop and recommend pricing strategy component of product marketing mix. Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 7 years of professional experience as a Press OEM, Aftermarket Sales, Application Engineer, or other occupation/position/job title involving sales or product management in the International Metal Forming or Press Market. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1. Industrial hydraulic principles pertaining to metal forming press and controls; 2. Electronic circuit structures, product design/function, and product variations; 3. Modeling Software (MATLAB); 4. Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP to manage business activities); 5. MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to conduct technical and sales presentation; 6. SI Units for size engineering systems (related to OEM equipment). Travel Requirements: 50% domestic and international required. Telecommuting: Remote Work May Be Permitted.
