  Description Position at Lifespark Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate RNs and LPNs to join our growing team. Birchwood Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors. Preferred Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse - Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
