　　shift: Third

　　work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible retrieval and maintenance of replenishment of sales samples and quality retention samples.

　　Sample analysis using Good Laboratory Practices (GLP's).

　　Sample preparation and assist in Research and Development as needed.

　　Assist in maintaining cGMP's, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (sSOP's), and safety standards.

　　QA requirements including but not limited to line start up, line audit, general facility inspection and compliance.

　　Incoming ingredient analysis and accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

　　Reporting any food safety, security or quality issues in the plant.

　　Other tasks as assigned by QA Manager.

　　Lab operations including but not limited to cleanup, supply inventory, documentation, file and recordkeeping and communications between lab, line and management personnel.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　manual lifting up to 40lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

　　working weekends

　　Quality Control (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　general labor (4 years of experience is preferred)

　　Laboratory/Sciences (2 years of experience is preferred)
