JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this role isto perform machine set up, troubleshoot machine issues, and run anassigned machine. While operating equipment the operator will put anemphasis on productivity, quality, safety, and good housekeeping. Setup, make ready and operate equipment Perform quality checks and stackfinished product Record production data with accuracy Keen attention todetail. Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance. Identifyoperational improvements as needed Runs equipment at optimal level atall times to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD) Maintains workarea and tools Adheres to work quality standard, standard of work andsafety standards Other duties and responsibilities as assigned***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Manufacturingenvironment experience preferred or prior bindery experience preferred,but not required 3+ months related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education preferred High School Diploma orequivalent preferred Pass math and ruler test Pass problem-solving testInterpret and follow directions with precision Computer skills for jobdetail input and machine operation Excellent collaborative skillsFrequently required to talk or hear.
