  The Role: Research and Market Intelligence in Agribusiness (Internship)

  BI Brazil's S&P Global agribusiness consultant team is part of the global team of energy and agribusiness consultants and analysts and serves clients across the spectrum of agricultural value chains, e.g. agricultural inputs, crops, primary livestock processing.

  We collect and analyze the data, information and analysis that will support problem-solving efforts and drive timely information and results for clients in various agribusiness input sectors such as: agricultural machinery, fertilizers, protection of crops, seeds, bioenergy, and others.

  The Business Intelligence intern will support BI consultants and clients in the agricultural sector, collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information that helps in solving specific business problems, intelligence services and market research.

  Responsibilities:

  As part of the São Paulo Business Intelligence (BI) team, the intern will perform activities related to ongoing projects, which may involve everything from collecting data from secondary sources, tabulating/processing the data to developing presentations in PowerPoint.

  Develop Market Research and Intelligence Reports and Projects, brand positioning, product launches, price monitoring, etc.;

  Collect, organize and analyze data and information that will support and drive results for clients in various agribusiness sectors, such as: agricultural machinery, fertilizers, seeds, bioenergy, among others;

  Occasionally get in touch via phone calls with different audiences involved in the agribusiness chain in Brazil, including distributors, producers, ranchers, consultants, etc.;

  What We’re Looking For:

  Currently studying Agronomy or Agronomic Engineering;

  Good technical knowledge;

  Computer skills (Office package);

  At least intermediate level of English (writing, reading, and speaking).

  Other information:

  Minimum internship duration: 18 months

  The law in Brazil states that the internship cannot exceed 6 hours per day (maximum 30 hours/ week);

  Compensation/Benefits Information:

  Financially, intern receive a monthly grant of BRL 1,400/month
