Provide behavioral health care for children (birth through kindergarten) and their families. Work primarily with children enrolled in the TIP preschool program. Independently complete developmentally-sensitive, trauma informed Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) diagnostic assessments. Independently provide individual and family therapy. Provide care coordination, collaboration with ECMH multi-disciplinary team, and early childhood mental health consultation/education. Ensure proper and timely completion of clinical documentation, program statistics, outcome data, and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy plus 2 yrs of exp as a Therapist, incl 2 yrs of exp in Early Childhood Mental Health; 2 yrs of exp using a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary approach for working with young children, families, and other caregivers and staff; 2 yrs of exp working with hospital electronic medical records system and other data and scheduling systems; and 2 yrs of exp interacting with parents and their children, getting on the floor and engaging in play activities. Ohio licensed social worker and valid driver's license required. Travel to provide home services within Franklin County 1-3 times per week.
