Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Financial Analyst , you will be part of the Americas Finance Centers of Expertise – US Financial Planning & Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication & presentation skills and needs to be self-motivated, independent, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Mounds View, MN.
Hybrid Role- 3 days onsite (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) 2 days remote.
Pay Range: $45/hr. -$48/hr.
What’s the Job?
Perform Financial Planning & Analysis for direct distribution expenses supporting US Sales Organizations.
Prepare and present monthly analysis, commentary, and forecasting.
Develop and maintain standardized reporting and analytics for all Operating Units.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including Sales Finance, National Sales Leadership, and Operating Unit CFOs. Collaborate with Sales Systems team to optimize tools and reporting.
Compensation planning with Total Rewards. Manage all aspects of US sales cost centers.
What’s Needed?
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) work experience.
Business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders.
Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Experience with high matrix collaboration and relationship building.
Experience with financial systems: SAP, Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects, Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills.
