Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the mission, vision and values of Trinity Health in behaviors, practices, and decisions
2.Work with the VP to identify and cultivate partners and opportunities to engage within the hospital departments and community, with a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices
3.Develop and sustain positive relationships with a range of healthcare providers and community based healthcare organizations, and local authorities
4.Work as part of a team to start and support opt-out testing for HIV/HCV/Syphilis
5.Conduct community outreach and health education around FOCUS and act as a bridge to entry or re-engagement in the care delivery system
6.Conduct educational presentations health related topics at community locations
7.Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior; and
8.Perform other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.Proven success developing and executing communications strategies and campaigns
2.Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques, and able to stay ahead of the curve
3.Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
4.Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written
5.Experience working with LGBTQOC communities
6.Strong problem solving, ability to meet deadlines and achieve quality results
7.ProficiencyinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and other database and data visualization tools
8.Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health9.Ability to work with multiple departments to achieve outcomes
