We are looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the HR and technology consultants on a variety of client projects.
In this role you will: Assist or manage special projects which may include HCM optimization and HCM implementations, PEO Extractions, divestitures, benefits administration, payroll administration or vendor selections Work on multiple projects simultaneously or one large project based on complexity factors such as company size, industry, locations, client resources or project duration. Assist or lead the development and execution of business requirements and workflow processes. Maintain project plans, action item lists and associated documentation. Assist or manage resolution for project conflicts, identify resource requirements and align project team with project scope. Serve as client resource, either leading or providing back-up to the primary consultants. Document meetings and provides summary as necessary. Design project templates, create presentations, reports, and reviews of project deliverables, and maintain project information repository. Become system expert on HR technology products; continually learn and stay current on features/functions to provide maximum value to the client. Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, building cross-functional partnerships with HR, payroll, IT and executive project sponsors. Liaison between the client project team, key stakeholders, and vendors Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed and safeguards against breaches. Escalate issues to management or other project leaders as required. We need you to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with UKG HCM platforms required (knowledge of other HCM platforms would be beneficial). This may be as; as a Payroll, Benefits or HCM coordinator or analyst; or other related experience. Multi-state experience is desirable. Ability to gather and translate client business needs into functional and technical requirements Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize / plan work activities and manage multiple projects Strong verbal and written communication. Communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with diverse audiences. Solid listening skills Strong people skills. Builds trust and relationships and creates a collaborative/consultative style with clients. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team/colleagues Ability to use independent judgment to adjust project methodology as needed Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies Strong facilitation and presentation skills, utilizing tools such as MS Word, Visio and PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Ability to meet with clients at their location as needed or requested Travel required may be up to 15% of the time as dictated by client needs Related industry designation a plus (FCP, CPP, CEBS/GBA, SHRM-CP, PHR) JOIN OUR TEAM

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
