Seeking an assistant superintendent to work on some exciting new T.I. Projects!

　　Description:

　　Support Superintendent with project schedule and short interval schedules

　　Monitor all activities, review subcontractors and self-preformed work against the schedule for conformity or determine if revisions are needed on schedules

　　Review Subcontract (Exhibit A) Scope of Work and ensure work is carried out per the contract

　　Ability to maintain labor production report and coordinate updates with Accounting

　　Ability to code timecards using the MCB for accurate codes and/or verify with the Project Manager for any work not on the MCB budget

　　Ensure all As-Built drawings on the project are collected and accurate

　　Support all efforts to expedite completion of all punch-list items

　　Pre-walk and prepare the project before final walk with client, and architect

　　Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds safety and EPA standards, and maintain housekeeping

　　Provide talking points for the Safety meeting based on site condition, weather and or current site activities

　　Skills:

　　Construction, Blueprint, Commercial construction, Construction management, Carpentry, Framing, Construction supervision, Finish carpentry, Subcontractor management

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　+/- 3 years in a construction role within a commercial construction environment

　　Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

　　Proficient computer skills (experience with construction management software preferred, for example MS Office, Procore, MS Project)
