The Business Systems; Generalist is responsible for helping to define and determining requirements that will lead to improvements in our Business Systems stack. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, creating, and analyzing requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training. Essential Functions Of The Position
Act as the main system administrator for the organization's NetSuite environment, offering continuous technical support and expertise to end users
Oversee workflows, reports, and dashboards for Business Operations, adapting to evolving business requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with the finance and accounting departments
Serve as a subject matter expert for NetSuite on various projects as needed.
Develop effective monitoring procedures for the NetSuite environment.
Collaborate with the team to create and update documentation and playbooks, including overall system architecture.
Establish, implement, and adhere to standard processes and controls to maintain a clean environment, covering customization requests, sandbox maintenance, and change management.
Undertake special project-related tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
