Do you have the talent, ambition, and vision to help us elevate tomorrow's world?Find out more about us here - orAs a leading employer in the urban mobility industry, we are always looking for a diverse group of people who can create exceptional value for our customers.Join us as aKey Account SpecialistYour SkillsBilling Accuracy and Efficiency:Prepare daily invoicing for Key account customersEnsure all Billings (EI and NI) are completed timely and in accordance with Key Customer contract terms and conditionsResponsible for accuracy of key customers special billing ratesUpload invoices to 3rd party billing platforms and provide required documentation including but not limited to work orders, purchase orders and time tickets as required.Collections efficiency:Responsible for driving improvement in DSO, Bad Debt Expense and AR AgingContinually check invoice status in 3rd party platforms and resolve rejected invoices or invoices placed on hold by key customersInvolve key account managers, district offices and liaise directly with key customers to resolve key customer account invoice disputes.
