As an integral member of Honeywell's team, you'll shape the future of industrial automation, sensing, and control products. From designing to validating, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing innovative solutions from prototype to market. Working alongside a dedicated group of professionals, you'll develop your domain knowledge and ensure the success of complex projects. Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure that products meet customer specifications while leveraging your advanced hardware engineering knowledge. Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in Analog and Digital electronic design and related fields

7+ years of experience in Power Electronics and/or Power Conversion systems

Hands on experience with Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems

Hands on experience with power supply design, analysis, and simulation

Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and documentation

Hands on experience with electronics lab test equipment

Understanding of technical requirements and documentation

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

We Value:

10+ years of experience in Power Electronics, Lithium Battery Energy Storage and related fields

MSEE or related field is a plus

Ability to identify design risks and opportunities and address them during critical architecture reviews.

Capability to complete demanding assignments by applying advanced hardware engineering methods and tools

Ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions

Ability to thrive in a global work environment

Ability to follow-through with motivation, and persistence

Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment

Clearly and concisely convey subtle or complex messages to a variety of audiences

Capability to follow guidelines and ensure efficiency on given project tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Perform system level evaluations and debug activities related to enterprise level battery energy storage systems. Work with the larger development (software, firmware, mechanical) team to implement changes required.

Plan and execute project subtasks (designing, testing, etc.)

Assist in product and process design and review

Guide engineers, technicians and associates to ensure project and product quality and performance

Consult with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project quality and performance

Establish and follow industry best practices for new and existing designs

Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements by applying advanced electrical engineering knowledge and principles

Contribute to internal design reviews to ensure adherence to the Honeywell design process and methodology.
