　　Major responsibilities

　　Manage and place incoming telephone calls

　　Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Receive and send written business correspondence

　　Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Proficient with computers and technology platforms

　　Microsoft Office experience preferred

　　Strong customer service and office administrative skills

　　1+ years of past relevant experience

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyUpbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

　　No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Inbound Telephone Calls

　　Strong familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

　　Answering Inbound Calls experience

　　Expertise in Inbound Call Center

　　Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

　　Adeptness in Inbound Inquiries

　　Inbound Call Center experience

　　Excellent problem-solving skills
