Job Summary: TheSpeech/Language Pathologist provides comprehensive speech therapyservices to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, anddocumenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist alsoparticipates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activitiesdesigned to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION: Master\'s degree in Speech Pathology is required. LICENSURE:State of Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology is required.Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the AmericanSpeech-Language-Hearing Association is required or must be obtainedwithin 18 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic LifeSupport for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalentis required within 3 months of hire.
