Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsinand Upper Michigan is currently seeking an Adult Residential SupportProfessional to join our team. Support Professionals assist adults withmental health concerns with residential treatment. Under supervision,performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clientsseeking services in Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities(Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis). Eastwood CrisisFacility is an 8 bed residential facility provides 24 hour supervisionfor adults with mental health and/or addictions issues who areexperiencing a crisis from any of life\'s difficult circumstances. Thefacility is modeled to be a warm, in-home setting and resides within aresidential community. This is a part-time float shift, 25 hour a weekopportunity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of dutiesand responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to includeother duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary fromtime to time. Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents withinestablished policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling.Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents andmaintains records and reports as required. Performs general housekeepingand cleaning duties as needed May organize and distribute clothing,bedding and other supplies Provides medication monitoring or medicationadministration as outlined in specific program policies.
