Description

　　Reputable, established trial firm has an immediate opening for a dynamic Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. This Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation matters, from pre-filing through trial and beyond.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage and participate in all stages of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and subpoenas.

　　Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.

　　Draft and finalize legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

　　Assist with trial preparation, including witness interviews, preparation of exhibits, and trial notebooks.

　　Manage case deadlines and calendars, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

　　Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.

　　Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and procedures.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field is required.

　　5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a national trial firm or similar setting.

　　Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis.

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Proficiency in legal software, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and eDiscovery platforms.

　　Experience with remote work is preferred.
