　　We are seeking a Trainer II.

　　Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.

　　Position Required Skills:

　　Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.

　　Qualifications:

　　Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for largeprograms; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, andseminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans,courses, and materials of a technical nature. Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering,Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for twoyears of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor'sdegree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted. Related experience required within the intelligence Community; 3 Years
