Customer Service Representative (Bank)
Job duties: Assist with preparing loan documents, assist with loan closings, filing documentation, administering required fees for loans. May also provide assistance to loan officers in collection of loan document exceptions and other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed. Will also help customers open deposit accounts and perform various other account services for customers visting the bank such as account research, problem resolution, etc.
Skills: Skills needed for this position include but not limited to: excellent typing skills; proficiency in using Microsoft Office; well-developed personal skills allowing individual to work well with customers as well as other bank employees; and the ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks.
A background in loan documentation, origination, and closing is preferred.
Must have 12 months banking experience
