　　Opening for an Administrative Clerk to food label Brand Manager

　　Location: Brickell Ave, 33131

　　Schedule: M-F standard business hours; flexible

　　Salary: $45K -$50,000; discretionary Bonus

　　Benefits: 100% Paid Employee Insurance (Health, Dental and Vision); 2 weeks PTO, 401K, Parking paid on 5 yr. anniversary

　　Company and Role overview: Reputable distributor of food brands from Latin American throughout the US. The Administrative clerk supports the brand manager to promote products and enhance brand visibility. This role is open due to internal promotion.

　　Job Duties for the Administrative clerk include:

　　Travel coordination and other arrangements, for Executive Manager and direct Brand Manager as needed. Calendar management, scheduling, reservations and other types of meetings. Attends to client calls and corresponds on internal communications. Prepares miscellaneous reports, organizes and gathers information needed for tasks. Mails out sample products and information to clients representing the food brands. Other duties as required by managers. Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish. Use of MS Office software.
