• Experience with Sales Tax and/or Occupancy tax

　　• Ability to perform taxability research and reach the appropriate conclusions.

　　• Knowledge of accounting, particularly the application of State and Local tax rules and regulations is extremely helpful.

　　• Use good judgement in calculation for the best audit outcome.

　　• Experience working with multi-state taxes for multiple outlets simultaneously

　　• Ability to manage, track multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

　　• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

　　• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.

　　• Proficiency in using Excel and Word

　　• Familiarity with JD Edwards accounting system is a plus.

　　• Familiarity with Tax Compliance is a plus.
