　　Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing

　　Support diverse projects for other employees

　　Answer telephone calls

　　Greet and instruct visitors Requirements - Practical knowledge of Writing Skills

　　Strong familiarity with Smartsheet

　　Database management experience

　　Experience with data entry

　　Adeptness in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

　　Microsoft Office Suites experience

　　General familiarity with Email Correspondence

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Office Equipment

　　Calendar Management experience

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsSkills in internet research

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills
