  MISSION DU POSTE

  Véritable bras droit, il/elle assiste le/la DRH dans la gestion administrative du personnel (bulletins de paie, congés payés, congés maladie…), le processus de recrutement et la montée en compétence (entretiens et suivi, rédaction des contrats de travail, plan de formation, évaluation, augmentation…), et la communication interne.

  Contribuer à la performance du Sheraton Paris Airport Hôtel en réservant le meilleur accueil au Personnel de l’établissement et en respectant la réglementation et les procédures internes dans l’accomplissement des tâches administratives.

  Contribue à la performance du Service en faisant preuve de polyvalence, de flexibilité dans l’organisation du travail et du respect de la confidentialité.

  ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES

  RESPONSABILITES OPERATIONNELLES

  Recrutement:

  Suivi des besoins avec les chefs de service

  Diffusion et rédaction des annonces

  Tri des CV

  Mise en place et participation aux entretiens

  Mise en place et participation aux forums

  Prospection des candidatures (LinkedIn)

  Faire les offres aux candidats et établir les proposition d’emploi

  Accueil et intégration des salariés

  Formation :Elaboration du Plan et du Bilan de Formation

  Suivi du budget de formation

  Organisation des formations

  Animation des formations internes et Service Culture Training

  Etablissement des dossiers CIF et CPF puis suivi des dossiers administratifs

  Suivi des formations obligatoires Marriott

  Relation avec l’OPCO AKTO

  Mise en place et suivi des cross training

  - Développement RH :

  Développement et Gestion de la politique Handicap Emploi

  Suivi des évaluations annuelles et entretiens professionnels.

  - Projet RH :

  Gestion des apprentis et des stagiaires : recrutement, établissement des contrats, suivi de l’intégration dans les services

  Superviser la communication interne, l’élaboration de la newsletter mensuelle, les mises à jour du livret d’accueil

  Apporter son support à la DRH pour les enquêtes de satisfaction interne des collaborateurs

  Superviser l’organisation des évènements internes

  Relations Sociales:

  Préparation des convocations et préparation des réunions des IRP

  Supervision de la communication interne
