　　About the role:

　　We are searching for an IT colleague who will support the global Quality team in project implementations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our IT capabilities within the context of manufacturing and testing equipment processes. As a hands-on Data Solutions Engineer - Manufacturing Quality you will focus on implementing and optimizing IT infrastructure, networking, and database connections to enhance Quality at the Source and Process Capability Programs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish robust, compliant processes, ensuring seamless integration of data analytics software. Your expertise in IT, validation, and process optimization will contribute to the success of Smart Factory Business Initiatives.

　　Your key duties and responsibilities as a Data Solutions Engineer - Manufacturing Quality:

　　Serve as Subject Matter expert driving onsite efforts to establish the necessary IT infrastructure, networking/database connections to manufacturing and test equipment to support the Quality at Source and Process Capability Programs.

　　Serve as the on-site expert, driving both internal and external vendors to ensure robust, repeatable, and compliant processes for equipment and the required data analytics software connection, storage, and manipulation.

　　Lead efforts to work with external equipment/machine manufacturers to develop most robust and repeatable processes for data extraction, and manipulation for process data.

　　Analyze and interpret vendor manuals and instructions for manufacturing and test equipment set up, installation, and data extraction/manipulation to support overall project goals and timeline.

　　Collaborate with IT teams, Business Teams, and External vendors in project, user set-up, troubleshooting, validation, and troubleshooting calls.

　　Support and Execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols as required along with other validation deliverables (User/Functional Requirements, Test Scripts) in line with project/program requirements.

　　Provide Application support user set up, troubleshooting, issue-resolution for Quality at Source, Process Capability and other Quality Systems software as required.

　　About you:

　　Knowledge and experience with Life Sciences/Medical Device manufacturing and Test Equipment (Tensile and Burst Testing, Instron, Lippke, CMM, Dial indicator, and similar production machines).

　　Knowledge of international Quality standards and regulations.

　　SQL Proficiency.

　　Knowledgeable of GXP and GAMP validation processes.

　　Problem Solver with IT background (infrastructure, database, database structures, networking, and application support).

　　Proficient with computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Quality Analyst type tools Mini-Tab, Power BI, others.

　　Project management skills and experience including charters, RACIs, Reporting, FMEA’s, C&E Matrices, MS Project Scheduling.

　　Experience in applying Lean and alternative process improvement tools where appropriate.

　　Working Conditions:

　　Position may involve travel up to 25% of the time, mostly within Europe and other global sites as required.
