Will need to self-manage work time and task execution. Will be responsible for making timely decisions and to adhere to a structured renewal, marketing, sales and interim service process.Job DutiesSet Attainable Renewal Retention and Referral Goals, Grow Net Book RevenueInitiate Renewal Process with existing Clients after reviewing monthly expirationsCross Sell additional lines to existing Clients and make Referrals both internally and across LOBs - all documented in P1Accompany Producers on Sales Calls for gathering detailed underwriting information, prepare applications and assist with selecting potential marketsOversee and monitor interim Marketing Activities with Commercial Account Manager if one is assigned to the account team.Assist with preparing formal Proposals, assure coverage adequacy of all written accounts, accompany Producer for presentation and/or give presentations unaccompaniedDaily Maintenance of Automated Systems including P1, TAM and Lotus NotesOversee collections and educate clients concerning finance options and cancellation proceduresHand deliver policies to clients after a thorough review of insurance summariesProvide interim Client service, as needed, including Claims and Collection oversightSell New Business, which will have a defined goal each yearOther duties and projects as may be assigned by agency managementEducation, Experience and Job SkillsHigh school diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years of previous insurance experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Account Executive or Producer is mandatory.Must be a licensed agent.Candidates must possess the required technical insurance and computer based knowledge to manage a significant client portfolio efficiently and professionally.Must demonstrate the organizational disciplines to perform the required tasks in a timely, accurate fashion; and to attain mandated sales goals whether performing as Producer or Account Executive.Must be self-motivated with the ability to complet
