Description Are you an Accounts Receivable (A/R) professional? Then you may be the candidate that Robert Half is looking for to join the team at an expanding Real Estate & Property company. This position involves entering, posting, and reconciling batches, researching and resolving customer A/R issues, preparing aging report, placing billing and collection calls, maintaining a cash receipting journal, and updating, and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L. The team is growing quickly and needs a self-starter to become part of the accounting team! With high attention to detail, you will be processing full-cycle AP and handling a significant number of invoices per week. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Ensure accuracy of documents and codes

　　Respond to requests for information from shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders

　　Enter and balance financial data in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts

　　Ensure the mission, values, and culture of the organization are supported, conveyed and reinforced

　　Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures

　　Communicate with clients to settle payment issues and help create a payment plan

　　Process payments and assemble segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP Requirements - Solid understanding of Cam Reconciliation

　　Yardi Voyager experience

　　Property Management Accounting experience preferred

　　Proficiency in Property Management Accounting

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

　　Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　Strong attention to detail
