SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager will lead the development and execution of marketingmaterials partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies todevelop engaging and relevant materials to support go to marketstrategies. The role will lead agencies on creative development forintegrated marketing communications across multiple disciplinesincluding digital social and print from creative idea concept toexecution. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for utilizing insights tocreate materials that effectively communicate product advantages uniquebrand propositions and promotions that drive awareness trial and brandTyson poultry loyalty. The Sr. Manager must be able to package consumerand operator insights in a manner to effectively educate and inspirecross functional team members and external partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Possess a strong working knowledge of Print, Digital, and Socialplatforms.Manage external agencies, overseeing creative concept to execution,and adept at crafting agency assignments and creative briefs.Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines while consistentlydelivering high-quality work.Exhibit experience in budget management.Evaluate and monitor performance metrics, providing recommendationson strategies and tactics.Stay informed about competitive activity and utilize insights tocreate engaging materials.Collaborate with Category and Innovation Teams to developbest-in-class selling tools.Assume a leadership role in the Semester Go-to-Market process andInnovation Ideation processes.Assist in the development of Annual Marketing Plans to meet growthobjectives.Ensure all communication across channels aligns with operator,distributor, and Tyson brand positioning, product architecture, andbrand guidelines.Responsible for monitoring performance metrics to ensure efficientspend.Recommending and executing strategies and tactics to achieve desiredoutcomes and ROI.Strong performance in this role contributes to heightened awarenessand brand loyalty for Tyson poultry, driving trial and repeat fornew product launches.Positive performance also has a significant impact on market share,volume, and margin results for Foodservice.REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or relevant field. MBApreferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years related experience. Advantages: poultryfoodservice.
Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office skills including strong Power Pointskills Word and Excel. Capable of learning and demonstrating competencyin Tyson systems. Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence peers internaland external executives.
