Ukiah Waste Solutions, Inc. , a Waste Connections company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team in Ukiah, CA !

　　Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Pay rate starts at $25 per hour . The pay range for this job category is $25-$30 per hour. This role also includes medical, dental and vision benefits. As well as a 401k with a company match of 5%.

　　What this Position Entails:

　　Reconciliation of AR and cash accounts.

　　Prepares Bank Deposits.

　　Weekly and monthly billing functions, as needed.

　　Review and enter credit/debit adjustments.

　　Research and address customer’s concerns about billing and payments discrepancies.

　　Assist with customer tax exemption audit and documentation.

　　Ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned by the Controller.

　　Some AP duties including but not limited to processing vendor payments and handling vendor disputes.

　　What this Position Requires:

　　1-3 years of accounting experience preferred

　　Post-Secondary School degree/diploma with courses in accounting preferred

　　Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

　　Detailed and able to navigate through competing priorities and deadlines.

　　Great written and oral communication skills.

　　Self-driven and takes initiative to improve processes and problems.

　　Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
