The Service Engineer provides high quality service to ensure customer satisfaction; primary field service support at Service 3 team mean are working on local area in Korea (The local area is Daejeon and Chungcheong, Also, backup in other local area) backup field service support in dealer; technical support to service engineers and inter-departmental parties. Further objectives include carrying out various service tasks and assignments, working with other engineers to form an efficient service team, handle escalated hard cases and ultimately assist the team in increasing service income and reducing costs
