Description Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports. 　　Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks

　　Produce full-cycle A/P

　　Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

　　Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

　　Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time

　　Facilitate internal and external audits as needed Requirements - General familiarity with Aging Reports

　　Well-founded grasp of Aging Accounts

　　Strong familiarity with Coding

　　Proven knowledge of Imaging Technologies

　　Check Runs experience

　　High-Volume Invoicing experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Expertise in 3 Way Matching

　　Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Strong organization skills

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
