Description

　　We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and communicative Accounts Payable Analyst. This individual will be responsible for meticulously handling payment runs, conducting thorough invoice reviews, and providing essential support to ensure the seamless functioning of our accounts payable processes.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Execute payment runs with precision and accuracy, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and timelines.

　　Conduct comprehensive reviews of invoices, meticulously identifying and resolving discrepancies.

　　Perform in-depth research to investigate the reasons behind missing or delayed invoices, proactively resolving issues to facilitate timely payments.

　　Run discrepancy reports to track and rectify lost discounts, contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

　　Provide vital inbox support, efficiently managing a high volume of incoming invoices while being prepared to offer backup and assistance when necessary.

　　Collaborate closely with the processing team, compiling comprehensive reports and communicating findings and research outcomes via email for further action.

　　Requirements

　　At least 3+ years of Accounting experience

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred

　　Experience with ERP systems

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　High attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and writing skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
