Description

We are an established and thriving company based in Redmond, WA, looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate will play a significant part in our financial department, with a primary focus on managing all aspects of our accounts receivable operations.

Responsibilities:

Process account receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Coordinate with the team to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.

Collaborate with collection agencies and legal advisors.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

2+ years' experience in receivables or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Proficiency with accounting software.

Excellent data entry skills.

Strong ability to problem-solve and find resolutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
