　　About the Role

　　Co-Ex-Tec is looking for a high-energy, accounting and finance-oriented individual to join the accounting team as Finance Student. This position will help the team with day-to-day finance support. Download, run and analyse daily/weekly reports for the team. The individual will also lead the project on the Fixed Asset inventory count.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Complete the Fixed Asset count.Assist in daily/weekly/monthly functions of the finance team.

　　Assist in the compilation of weekly operational analysis and reporting. Collect, monitor and analyze data related to the overall effectiveness of the department; benchmarking and analyzing these trends to establish action plans for continuous improvement (QOS process and weekly scorecard support).

　　Work closely with cross department stakeholders to assemble necessary documents for the initiation of capital expenditure request submissions.

　　May be required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature.

　　Perform any other reasonable duties required by Management.

　　Ensure compliance and enforcement of Customer Specific Requirements, QMS (IATF16949), Health and Safety(ISO 45001), EMS (ISO14001), and security (PIP) requirements.

　　Who we are looking for

　　Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary Education (accounting/finance field preferred)

　　Sound computer skills, including knowledge of software in current use; strong ability in word processing and spreadsheet software; strong data entry skills.

　　Basic knowledge of General Accounting Principles

　　Well-developed communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities

　　Your preferred qualifications

　　Intention to pursue an accounting designation (CPA) is considered an asset.

　　Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing environment considered an asset.
