ASRC Federal Data Solutions, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Product Owner supporting our NOAA programs in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

　　This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.

　　Key Role:

　　Manage the product development process. Work closely with cross-functional teams, identify user needs, and ensure the product meets customer expectations. Refine the agile methodology based on feedback, keep track of industry trends, and address production issues during sprints. Additional tasks and capabilities of this person may include:

　　Understanding and know-how of LiDAR Based HAND Capabilities, and HEC-RAS Derived FIM Libraries (1D & 2D).

　　Familiarity with Replace and Route Model and Forecast System.

　　Groom and prioritize backlog.

　　Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

　　Set sprint goals.

　　Write acceptance tests.

　　Plan releases and upgrades.

　　Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.

　　Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

　　Requirements :

　　Required:

　　BS/BA degree in related field

　　15 + years of related experience.

　　Experience with Near Real-time FIM Forecasting System and Services.

　　Demonstrated hands on understanding of hydrology and hydraulics expertise including development of models.

　　Strong background in geospatial data and scientific challenges associated with supporting water prediction and developing and implementing high resolution and accurate continental-scale FIM capabilities and services.

　　Preferred:
