Description

　　Orlando company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

　　-- Management of all day to day operations of the accounting department, including proactive management of AR, AP, invoicing, and collections.

　　-- Responsible for ensuring all accounting transactions and processes are accurate, properly supported. Integrity of general ledger, journal entries, financial statements, and management reporting.

　　-- Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reporting and analysis.

　　-- Month and year-end closing and financial reporting including account analysis and reconciliations.

　　-- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting.

　　-- Asset management, reconciliation, ensuring proper recording of capitalized or expensed assets.

　　-- Maintain and enhance policies and procedures while maintaining company objectives.

　　-- Develop, document, and update accounting policies, and work instructions to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

　　-- Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　5+ years of experience.

　　Analytical problem solving skills.

　　Collaboration/Teamwork – build relationships across departments
