　　Schedule: FTE: 0.8, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, Day

　　Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy.

　　Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

　　All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree Occupational Therapy

　　Upon hire: Defensive Driving

　　Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting.
