　　Job Description

　　Currently seeking an Account Representative for a full-time permanent position in New Bedford, MA. A great opportunity to work with a growing company that offers a positive work environment and opportunities for career growth.

　　Responsibilities of Account Representative:

　　-Answer/ make calls and emails to customers while maintaining continuous communication throughout transactions

　　-Provided product information to customers

　　-Assist customers over the phone with calls related to sales inquiries including but not limited to pricing, availability, and information on products and distribution services

　　-Negotiate and establish sales quotes based on volume of products purchased

　　-Process incoming orders and input new orders and inventory into appropriate CRM Database and spreadsheets

　　-Answer prospective customer questions and send additional information through multiple medias

　　-Create and maintain database of current and potential customers

　　Requirements of Account Representative:

　　-Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　-Great attention to detail

　　-Ability to work in team setting across different departments

　　-Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

　　-Prior CRM, MRP or ERP system experience preferred but not required

　　-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

　　Pay Rate: $52, 000-$60, 000/year
