　　Job Summary:

　　Utilize system generated reports to analyze data

　　Analyze data to identify issues and areas of opportunity

　　Create tracking and trending reports for each issue

　　Provide summary findings for leadership teams

　　Assist with creating action plans to address and resolve issues

　　Develop reports to quantify the value and financial risk for each area

　　Work the Patient Access, clinical departments and other Revenue Cycle teams to develop standard reports and expectations

　　Participate in the Revenue Cycle meetings and report on trends and areas of focus

　　Meet with Patient Access leadership to collaborate on areas of risk and revenue loss and develop trending reports associated to each area

　　Audits and reviews work flow, patient processing and quality standards

　　Identifies areas of improvement, creates and monitors routine reports to ensure data integrity

　　Researches and maintains statistics on all errors or inconsistencies that exist,

　　Provides recommendations for improvements

　　Creates monthly statistical analyzes which supports the department's performance improvement initiatives

　　Prepares, creates and develops reports that ae part of the Revenue Cycle Committee and Denials Task Force

　　Manages the distribution of the reports and validates the accuracy and reliability of the data being presented

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Job Requirements:

　　Prior Patient Access work experience, computer data entry experience, required. Successful completion of Site Personnel General Orientation, Certified Patient Access Representative and Department Specific Orientation, required
