About the role: As a member of the Global Enterprise Excellence team, the Sr. Business Process Improvement Manager partners with organizational stakeholders to enhance productivity, solve complex challenges, and optimize processes to drive high-impact initiatives that contribute to operating income and gross margin improvements. This role works across all divisions, functions, and regions to streamline business processes and improve customer and employee experience through, customer journey mapping, and the adoption of technology. The individual is responsible for leading workshops to guide cross-functional teams through process transformations, while utilizing process improvement methodologies to develop innovative solutions that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
