Advanced Software Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

Design and develop our Performance+ onboarding, modeling, and Asset Performance Management solution.

Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software throughout the lifecycle.

Develop next-gen platform features with modern UI/backend technologies.

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality User interface using model frontend technologies such as React, Redux and compatible UI skills.

Responsible for the development of optimized, robust and scalable API/backend services using .NET Core/ java and databases like PostgreSQL Neo4J, Redis.

Review code, ensure best practices, and provide technical documentation.

Interact with global teams and stay updated on industry trends.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Location: Atlanta, GA

40 hours/week

Employee Referral Fee: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or related field and three (3) years of software engineering experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in stated fields and five (5) years of software engineering experience. Full term of experience must include: as a full stack developer; Styled components/CSS styling; React .Net or java experience for backend apis; Responsive, unite test with Jest and Specflow; Azure cloud experience; database - Neo4j; Redis, microservice-based architectures and experience with Kubernetes and Docker for automating software deployment. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
