Position Overview: As an Account Manager, MetalsIndustry you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients andprospects. You will drive growth by delivering quality service,identifying opportunities, and building relationships with strategiccustomers. You will need to have a strong understanding of the clientsbusiness in order to provide solutions to address their needs. This roleis remote friendly, and will report to the Industry Sales Manager,Process. Essential Functions: Own the account strategy within assignedaccounts and communicate to extended teams on an account by accountbasis. Establish strong relationships at all organizational levelswithin the customer base and understands customers\' processes, businessdrivers and organizational models. Follow the Rockwell Automation salesprocess: knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintain a healthyfunnel, drive opportunities to closure and evaluates performance togoal. Understand the industry (applications, standards/regulations,drivers and trends), the customer\'s organization and desired outcomesand Rockwell Automation offerings and delivery mechanisms and partnercapabilities relevant to assigned accounts.
