Summary:
The Treasury Management Support Specialist works with a Team of Specialists to provide implementation, customer and technical support to both internal and external customers related to treasury management and business products and services. The Support Specialist also provides sales support to Treasury Management Sales Representatives.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate Treasury Management product implementation with Sales Operations including Business On-Line, Lockbox, Desktop Express, Sweeps, Product Set-Up, Verification, Billing, etc.Track and notify Sales Staff when key implementation steps are complete.Forward Welcome Kit to client or Sales Rep. (i.e.Quick Reference Cards, ID and Password, summary of services and key operations components).Coordinate account opening for new business clients obtained by Treasury Management Sales Representatives.Schedule and provide training to individual customers via phone when appropriate.Serve as designated expert for servicing Treasury and Commercial customers.Manage day to day servicing calls.Provide basic probing questions for increased retention and cross-sell opportunities.Notify sales reps or assigned officer of escalated customer issues.Manage outbound calling program for existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.Serve as back-up support for other Treasury Support Staff.Prepare marketing materials and proposals for sales calls.Compile account information for internal accounts to be used for proposals.Generate follow-up letters and client communication.Prepare, mail and track receipt of contracts.Maintain customer contact notes within 360 View.Perform basic administrative duties such as contact management and filing.Customer contact as needed to assist Treasury Management Sales Representative.What it Takes:
Superior customer service skills - especially by phone. Ability to work as a team to achieve a common goal3-5 years experience in banking.Knowledge of ACH processing preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Excellent Communication Skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.Strong problem solving skillsBonus Points:
