Maintenance Technician

　　Job Description:

　　Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

　　Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.

　　Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

　　Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

　　Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

　　Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

　　Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Haves:

　　Electrical: PLCs, photo eyes, up to 480V,Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician

　　Mechanical: pumps, servos, blenders, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Preventive maintenance

　　Nice to have:

　　food/bakery experience

　　PLC experience

　　work environment:

　　working in a bakery environment that makes donuts and bakery items.

　　It is hot and dirty in the bakery.

　　Pay and shift:

　　2nd and 3rd shift (2nd: 2-1030, 3rd: 10-630)

　　Mechanic Pay: $22-31/hr

　　Electrician Pay: $30-40.50/hr
