  OverviewAs an Operations Coordinator, you will be using your strong organizationalabilities and communication skills to support the business development,operations, and growth of Esri's Advantage Program for federal governmentcustomers, which is targeted at building capabilities and success for Esricustomers and partners, in their deployment and use of ArcGIS.As a part of the Professional Services Division, the Programs team supportsthe business development, operations, and management of the AdvantagePrograms portfolio for customers, partners, and international distributorsto foster best practices use of Esri technology.ArcGIS brings together maps, apps, data, and people to make smarterdecisions and enable innovation. Esri's Professional Services Division playsa crucial role in the deployment, usage, and innovation ArcGIS. Ourmission is simple yet powerful: enable user success through the deploymentof ArcGIS, broaden the impact of geospatial technology, and push thetechnology and drive improvements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relevant systems, guidelines, policies, andtemplates to support effective and efficient program management to meetprogram objectivesLiaise with other key internal Esri groups such as Global BusinessDevelopment, Educational Services, Technical Support, International &Partner Program Teams, Contracts, Customer Service, and Marketing tomeet program objectivesEstablish, develop, and/or maintain relationships with key federalgovernment customers and partners, in support of program initiativesAssist in the preparation, review, and presentation of proposals,quotes, reports, and support plans as requiredProvide input and reporting regarding resource requirements for overallprogram operationsSupport other strategic Esri Corporate and Professional Services initiativesas requiredRequirements1+ years of experience supporting federal government customers1+ years of experience serving in a business roleAn appreciation for technology and willingness to learn high-level conceptsAbility to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and complete multiplesimultaneous activitiesAbility to coordinate, manage, and maintain visibility on multiple accountsAbility to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues,partners, customers, and management to meet targeted objectivesAn analytical mindset with the ability to develop metrics, create reports,interpret results, and make recommendations on appropriate courses of actionExperience with Microsoft Office productsExcellent communication, collaboration, organizational, timemanagement, presentation, and writing skillsProactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-orientedBachelor's degree in business, GIS, or a related fieldRecommended QualificationsExperience with collaboration tools such as Professional ServicesAutomation, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and/or otherbusiness management/reporting systemsFamiliarity with or exposure to Esri technologyExperience performing technical delivery/coordination or consultingExperience working with customers in a service-oriented business environmentExperience preparing, reviewing, and presenting high quality proposals,business metrics, and reports#LI-AN1
