职位：Coach

-团队管理—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见；

-管理所辖的某些店铺营运区域（库存、产品部门和销售服务等）的所有日常活动，包括销售和服务、选择和培养员工、产品、时间和营运管理；

-制定并执行所属营运区域的销售任务计划，带领团队完成销售任务；

-根据销售趋势和顾客反馈，识别商品问题和机会，分析并总结销售情况；

-协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划，推动经营成果发展。

-要求：大学学历并且具有至少2～3年直接相关工作经验；扎实的数据分析能力，EXCEL制表能力；对零售行业充满热情，并热爱运动；具备较强的沟通，协调团队管理能力
