-团队管理—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见;
-管理所辖的某些店铺营运区域(库存、产品部门和销售服务等)的所有日常活动,包括销售和服务、选择和培养员工、产品、时间和营运管理;
-制定并执行所属营运区域的销售任务计划,带领团队完成销售任务;
-根据销售趋势和顾客反馈,识别商品问题和机会,分析并总结销售情况;
-协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划,推动经营成果发展。
-要求:大学学历并且具有至少2~3年直接相关工作经验;扎实的数据分析能力,EXCEL制表能力;对零售行业充满热情,并热爱运动;具备较强的沟通,协调团队管理能力
