　　WHS Central Programs (Central Programs – Workplace Health and Safety) team partners with business & program teams from WW WHS to roll out safety programs globally and ensure that Amazon provides a safe and healthy workplace to our associates, contractors, field teams, and partners. Formed in July 2018, Central Programs team specializes in subject matter expertise and program management. We aim to break the age-old thought processes, prejudices and systemic inequities to innovate, succeed and win together. As part of this team, Sr. associate ill analyze injury, illness, near miss, events data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across teams. An ideal associate is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating work. A Sr WHS Associate provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. They should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• End to end ownership of their deliverables with optimum quality and adherence to timelines (SLA).

　　• Communication with Internal Stakeholders within the CPT as well as larger WHS Organization.

　　• Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.

　　• Scope out business and functional requirements for the CPT team who create and enhance the WHS programs.

　　• Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.

　　• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

　　Should be comfortable handling large data sets.

　　Analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Proficient in Excel - Prior experience on Advanced excel, conditional formatting, Vlookup and VBA macros.

　　Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate to the stakeholders and leadership as required.

　　Strong relationship building/ networking/ interpersonal skills.

　　Change agent with energy, passion, and skill to drive improvements.

　　WHS Sr. Associates should be able to ideate process improvements and should have the zeal to drive them to conclusion.

　　Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum.
