About SOX Compliance Program Manager

  Job Description

  *  A client of Insight Global is seeking an SOX Compliance Program Manager to join the team and establish enterprise risk management for the company. This role will oversee or monitor all operational risk management activities of the organization. This person will be responsible for the leadership , innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's operational and strategic risk.

  * Develops Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework.

  * Chairs or provides key inputs into the company's enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.

  * This position also may have responsibilities for Insurance and Risk Management and / or Business Continuity Planning activities for the organization.

  * Identify vulnerabilities, model risk, and prevent and protect information and data systems from cyber security threats.

  Skills and Requirements

  * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  * 3-5 years of experience within SOX Compliance and Audit

  * Strong experience with Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies

  * Experience identifying vulnerabilities, model risk, and preventing information data systems for cyber security threats. null
